Delivery

As standard, orders are delivered within 2 - 5 working days. If an item causes a longer delivery time, we will let you know immediately.

Your order will be delivered by our carrier Transmission (http://www.wisman-transport.nl/)

You will receive a standard email from our carrier about the delivery times and the Track & Trace your order.

Shipping costs for the Netherlands

International deliveries 

Within EU Zone: 

All shipments within the EU benefit from simplified customs procedures, allowing faster delivery times without additional import duties. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, with transparent communication about the shipping status. 

Outside EU Zone: 

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs checks, Import duties and taxes may apply which may affect delivery time and total cost. We advise customers to be aware of the possibility of such additional charges that may arise upon receipt of the order.
